Deleting Metrics Server This section describes how to delete the Metrics Server plug-in installed in a Kubernetes environment. After the Metrics Server plug-in is deleted, the HPA policy cannot be used for component instance auto scaling.

Use either of the following methods to delete the configuration file: Directly delete: Click Delete in the Operation column of the target configuration file. Delete after viewing details: Click the target configuration file, view the details, and click Delete. Click OK.

Deleting an HPA Policy You can delete an HPA policy that is no longer used. Deleted policies cannot be restored. Exercise caution when performing this operation. Prerequisites You have configured an HPA policy. For details, see Configuring an HPA Policy.
