IAM users created using Identity and Access Management (IAM) on the Huawei Cloud console cannot view the menus and content in Partner Center. Log in to Partner Center using the administrator account, create a user and assign a role to the user.

Why Am I Unable to View My IAM Users in Member Management of Partner Center? IAM users created in Identity and Access Management (IAM) will not be synchronized to Partner Center. Organization members need to be created in Organization > Member Management of Partner Center.
