Making an API Request This section describes the structure of a REST API request, and calls the IAM API for obtaining a user token as an example. The obtained token can then be used to authenticate the calling of other APIs.
Access Control CodeArts Build supports access control through IAM permissions.
For security purposes, create IAM users and grant them permissions for routine management. User An Identity and Access Management (IAM) user is created using an account to use cloud services. Each IAM user has its own identity credentials (password and access keys).
Select the service endpoint created in Step 6 for the IAM account in Step 4. Parent topic: Images
The API used to obtain a project ID is GET https://{Endpoint}/v3/projects/, where {Endpoint} indicates the IAM endpoint. You can obtain the IAM endpoint from Regions and Endpoints. For details about API authentication, see Authentication.
Other: Upload files to OBS of a specific user by specifying an IAM account. IAM Account Expand the drop-down list and select the service endpoint created in Preparations for the specific IAM account. Then, use the service endpoint to push the files to the user's OBS.

IAM Account Expand the drop-down list and select the service endpoint created in Preparations for the specific IAM account. Then, use the service endpoint to push the files to the user's SWR. This parameter is mandatory when Authorized User is set to Other.
When using a token for authentication, cache it to prevent frequently calling the IAM API used to obtain a user token. A token specifies temporary permissions in a computer system.
If the organization exists and the user has the edit permission on the organization, log in to the Identity and Access Management (IAM) console and check whether the user is in a user group with the read-only permission. If yes, remove the user.
