为什么要进行资质审核？审核未通过有什么影响？ 《关于加强网络直播服务管理工作的通知》要求，各网络直播服务提供者应向电信主管部门履行网站ICP备案手续，涉及经营电信业务及互联网新闻信息、网络表演、网络视听节目直播等业务的，应分别向相关部门申请取得许可。 华为云直播服务会对添加的域名
按需计费没有到期的概念，只要保证账号余额充足，可以一直使用视频直播服务。 注意事项 流量计费或日峰值带宽计费变更为其他计费方式，新的计费方式将在次日00:00:00生效。 95峰值计费变更为其他计费方式，新的计费方式将在次月1日00:00:00生效。 计费周期 按需计费的话单生成说明，如下所示：
