When creating an instance, you can enable SSL to encrypt connections to the instance. This section describes how to obtain the default SSL security certificate provided by GeminiDB Influx. Procedure Log in to the GeminiDB console.
Encryption GeminiDB uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt transmitted data. You can download the root CA certificate from the GeminiDB console and upload it for authentication on the database server when you connect to a database.

Static Data Encryption You can determine whether to encrypt static data. Disable: Data is not encrypted. Enable: If you select this option, your data will be encrypted on disks and stored in ciphertext after you create an instance.
