Media Algorithm Engineer

• Gain insight into industry algorithms, and analyze and design media algorithms
• Research on optimizing media algorithms to improve efficiency and system robustness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build prototypes
Basic requirements:
1. Computer, communications, software, applied mathematics, statistics, artificial intelligence, etc.
2. Have innovative thinking, dare to challenge, have the ability to read and understand papers and summarize;
3. Master one or more programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, and Go. Competition experience, paper patent publication is preferred.

(Senior) Rendering Algorithm Engineer – Cloud Rendering

1. Responsible for cloud rendering algorithm research and feasibility verification
2. Academic paper insights and analysis and practice of the latest rendering algorithms in the industry
3. Rendering algorithm modeling requires a deep grasp of the rendering algorithm. You can choose a suitable algorithm model and modify it accordingly (including the innovative ability of the original algorithm)
1. Computer graphics related majors, those with high-quality papers in related conferences such as siggraph are preferred
2. Familiar with rendering algorithms, including: ray tracing, PBR rendering technology, BSDF function optimization, importance sampling, relight technology, BVH, KDTree acceleration algorithms, multi-view rendering, etc.
3. Familiar with writing one or more codes in C, C ++, MPI parallel interface, OpenGL, Vulkan and other interfaces
4. Preferably those who have mastered or used open source renderers such as Mitsuba and Nori

Codec Algorithm Engineer

1. Be responsible for the design and implementation of video codec and media pro-processing, output design documents
2. Deeply understand the mainstream technology and related theories of video codec(like H.264, H.265, JPEG) , accurately judge the technology evolution trend, support the formulation of technology strategy, and ensure that key technologies are ready in advance.
3. Participate in the R&D team as the main technical force, designing and developing of high-value commercial products, and help the team build competitiveness.

3. Responsible for developing the physical simulation platform.

1. More than five years of rendering or algorithm development experience in the field of rendering, and a deep understanding of the development of the rendering industry
