COC Permission Configurations
Before using COC, ensure you have a HUAWEI ID and have completed real-name authentication. Then, you only need to get your account authorized by COC to embark on your cloud O&M journey
Application Resource Modeling
You can synchronize compute, storage, network, and database resources under your account and build application models based on actual services. In this way, you can quickly select resources during routine O&M activities
Basic O&M Configurations
Recommended configurations: Synchronize personnel information, configure shift scheduling, and complete notification rules as required. After these configurations are complete, COC tickets and notification links become available, streamlining the transfer of E2E O&M tasks

O&M Overview
Integrated modules like resource health status view, resource monitoring, application monitoring, security overview, and quick links, deliver a one-stop resource information overview
Application Modeling
Manages relationships between applications and cloud resources and builds application models based on those relationships. Supported by resource monitoring and automated O&M features, these models help you manage your resource environments centrally and in a timely manner
Patch Management
Supports automated and periodic compliance inspections of OS patches so that compliance issues can be identified, and corresponding compliance reports generated, in a timely manner. This ensures timely OS repairs
Job Management
Enables you to customize atomic actions in jobs such as orchestrating scripts and APIs, and provides automated and periodic job execution capabilities, simplifying and expediting your routine O&M
Standardized Fault Management
Provides mature and standard O&M troubleshooting processes, covering scenarios like incidents, alarms, and WarRoom requests, to safeguard services
Intelligent Chaos Drills
Enables you to proactively identify, manage, and mitigate cloud application risks, improving the resilience of those applications
Best Practices
Best Practices
Standardized Fault Management
This document describes the standardized COC fault management process, which enables the standard handling of issues in different service scenarios and effectively solves pain points such as low incident closure rate, lack of clear fault recovery synergy methods, lack of emergency response plans, lack of O&M experience, and redundant alarms and low efficiency in handling alarms
E2E Chaos Engineering
This document explains how to evaluate and optimize application architecture resilience through COC chaos drills. Chaos drills effectively resolve issues faced by traditional O&M methods, such as lack of initiative and tool capabilities, lack of effective methods to identify feature availability before release, failure in obtaining the precise availability status of features after their release, and lack of emergency handling capabilities and practical experience of O&M teams
One-Stop Resource O&M
This document describes the OS compliance management and automatic issue closure capabilities of COC. COC can automatically scan OS patches and fix patch vulnerabilities in a timely manner to ensure OS patch compliance and effectively mitigate the resource compliance risks of your cloud resources, preventing service loss caused by missing OS patches or vulnerabilities
