[Note1] The test coupons are issued to partner for the purpose of service trial use and training as well as solution building, testing, verification, and migration. The upper limit of this benefit in the preceding table is specific for partners. Since a test coupon has an expiration date, partners can apply for it multiple times within the quota limit.
[Note2] MDF is used to support partners' marketing activities. The upper limit of this benefit in the preceding table is specific for partners. MDF aims to encourage partners to establish connections between NA customer and Huawei Cloud in various ways, including but not limited to: having customers' CXO visit Huawei, collaborating with Huawei to establish Joint Innovation Centers for NA customers, delivering specialized presentations with Huawei Cloud for customers' CXOs, jointly speaking at industry summits/forums to engage customers, and showcasing the ability to work with Huawei Cloud to serve customers better during events or releasing joint whitepapers based on specific themes. Partners can apply multiple times within their allocated quota.

[Note1] Huawei Cloud Business Professional (HCBP):
The dedicated personnel of partners at the International/European website must have completed the course Huawei Cloud Business Professional and passed the certification exam.
HCIP or HCCDP certificate: HCIP-Cloud Service Solutions Architect or HCCDP-Solution Architectures certificate.
HCIE or HCCDE certificate: HCIE-Cloud Service Solutions Architect or HCCDE-Solution Architectures certificate.
[Note2] The competency building includes joint offering building and competency certification. The requirements are as follows: In the role validation phase, partners can apply for role validation with either one joint offering or one competency badge. In the competency differentiation phase, partners are required to obtain at least two competency badges.
Joint offering: Partners can request role validation once a Huawei Cloud baseline solution successfully completes the OBP project initiation or a joint operations product is approved through the product selection decision-making process. During identity verification, the baseline solution or joint operations product must have been released. The certification assessment can consider common products available on the International and European websites.
The preferred directions for SI partner competency certification include digital transformation consulting and planning, public cloud continuous operations, cloud migration planning and implementation, public cloud O&M, HCS O&M, data management and analysis, database, big data, and AI platform service.
