Dear customer,
To enhance the usability of VPC, Huawei Cloud will upgrade the VPC management plane in LA-Sao Paulo1 on March 31, 2025, from 11:00 to 17:00 (GMT+08:00) or March 31, 2025, from 00:00 to 06:00 (GMT–03:00). Details of the upgrade are as follows:

During the upgrade, the VPC management plane may experience interruptions. Services dependent on VPC, including VPC, ECS, and ELB, will be unable to handle creation, modification, or deletion operations; however, query operations will remain unaffected. These interruptions will be limited to a maximum of 300 seconds. |
