Notice on Modification of Huawei Cloud Customer Agreement and Privacy Statement

Dear Customers,

Huawei Cloud will modify Huawei Cloud Customer Agreement and Privacy Statement in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, with such modifications taking effect as of December 2, 2024. You can access the updated terms by clicking Huawei Cloud Customer Agreement and Privacy Statement.

The modified sections of Huawei Cloud Customer Agreement mainly include sections 14.5, 14.6, 15.4, 15.5 and 16. Your continuous use of Huawei Cloud Services after such modification will be deemed as your acceptance to the modified terms.

The modified sections of Privacy Statement mainly include sections 11 and 12. Your continuous use of Huawei Cloud Services after such modification will be deemed as your acceptance to the modified terms.
