October 25, 2024 (BST) Huawei Cloud Africa - Johannesburg EIP Access West Africa Nigeria Latency Growth (Recovered)

Dear Huawei Cloud Customers:
On 10/25/2024, 02:35 (Beijing time), Huawei Cloud monitored that the POP backbone line in Nigeria was interrupted, resulting the latency of Africa-Johannesburg EIP access to West Africa Nigeria growing from 105ms to 190ms, with a normal packet loss rate. The fault has not been recovered yet, so we recommend that you check the business situation as soon as possible, and Huawei Cloud has already reported the fault to the operator for processing.
