Notification on change of EIP range in Buenos Aires Region1

Dear Customer,

Huawei Cloud is proud to announce that new internet BGP connection are setup, with multi-path provided by different carriers, in Argentina region. It enormously enhances reliability and performance of internet service.

EIP ranges associated with the new connection are 1.178.48.0/20 and 119.8.64.0/20. Huawei Cloud strongly encourages that all customers switch to the new EIP, if it was not put into use yet, and enjoy the enhanced internet service. In case of customers using VPN service in Argentina region, Huawei Cloud encourages to re-build up the connection with new range of public IP, to enjoy more stable service. To re-build up VPN connection, please delete existing ones by referring:

And build-up new VPN connection by referring:

Huawei Cloud also plans to obsolete all of other EIP (200.10.0.0/16 and 200.32.0.0/16), without multi-path BGP, by end of March 2025, to mitigate the risk for your business.
