Huawei Cloud will start billing for enterprise switches (Layer 2 connection gateways) in  LA-Santiago and LA-Sao Paulo1 at 15:00 on June 10, 2022 (GMT+08:00). The details are as follows.

Enterprise Switch Specification Price

Enhanced $15 USD/Hour

The actual pricing is subject to that settled on the Enterprise Switch console. We suggest that you delete enterprise switches (Layer 2 connection gateways) that are no longer needed to avoid charges.
