Dear customer,

As of Dec 31, 2021 00:00:00 GMT+08:00, dedicated load balancers provided by HUAWEI CLOUD Elastic Load Balance (ELB) will no longer be free of charge in the following regions: CN-Hong Kong, CN East-Shanghai1(International website), CN South-Guangzhou(International website), CN North-Beijing4(International website), AP-Bangkok, AP-Singapore, and EU-Moscow2.

If you no longer need dedicated load balancers, delete them and associated resources to avoid any unnecessary fees.
