HUAWEI CLOUD plans to put ServiceStage into commercial use from July 9, 2019 00:00:00 GMT+8:00.

After that date, ServiceStage pricing will be based on edition, instance specification, and usage duration. For more information, see ServiceStage Pricing Details. If you do not need ServiceStage, you are advised to delete your ServiceStage resources before July 9, 2019 00:00:00 GMT+8:00 to avoid incurring fees. If you need this service, purchase it after that date.
