HUAWEI CLOUD in the Asia Pacific-Hong Kong region is scheduled to be upgraded at 00:00:00 - 04:00:00 on April 18, 2018. During the upgrade, the Console and Open APIs will be unavailable two or three times and no more than 1.5 minutes each time. When they are out of service, resource management operations cannot be performed. For example, you may fail to create or delete an ECS. In addition, the network communication will be interrupted one or two times and less than 2 seconds each time. The services in other regions will not be affected.

Also, the Elastic Volume Service and Dedicated Storage Service in the Asia Pacific-Hong Kong region are scheduled to be upgraded at 00:00:00 - 04:00:00 on April 19, 2018. During the upgrade, the disk I/O latency may increase in seconds.

Please arrange your services well and do not handle them during the upgrade. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
