Huawei Recognized as a Representative Vendor in the Latest Gartner IaaS Market Guide

Recently, in Gartner's latest report "Market Guide for Cloud Infrastructure as a Service, China“（Published: 26 March 2018) ( hereinafter referred to as "Gartner MG Report"), Huawei has been named as a Representative Vendor. We believe this shows that Gartner recognizes Huawei Cloud’s full stack Cloud Infrastructure capability.
The Gartner MG report has extensive influence in the industry and is an important reference for the infrastructure & operation leader to select cloud infrastructure vendors.
Gartner MG report mentioned that " Hyperscale cloud IaaS providers in China are building or extending their cloud IaaS offerings across the four cloud types (cloud-enabling, cloud-inspired, pure cloud and cloud-enhanced), while smaller providers typically focus on competing in two or three of these areas.”

2) For community / industry cloud scene, Huawei Cloud first launch “first-class on cloud” dedicated cloud solution, providing exclusive physical machine bare metal server and physical isolation exclusive storage service, ensure that the data on cloud is security and compliance;
3) For the pure public cloud scene, Huawei Cloud has full coverage on cloud services, such as object storage service can manage hundreds of billions of file with storage expansion capability; elastic load balancing service can support cross AZ active-active and billion level concurrency, the reliability tested by billion concurrency of HUAWEI consumer cloud, fully meet the needs of public cloud scalability and reliability;
4) For enterprises who has specific requirement, more professional infrastructure services are needed. i.e. FPGA FP1 used at acceleration for video coding and decoding, encoding number up to 6 times; in 2017, GPU P1 get "Excellent Performance Award" at Chinese High Performance Cloud Computing innovation contest, used at AI deep learning scene, with the same hardware specifications, improve the performance of 40%.
