Huawei Cloud Unveils the "C.H.A.N.G.E" Architecture to Fast-track the "Digital Decade" in Benelux and Ireland

On June 6, Huawei Cloud Summit Benelux & Ireland took place in Amsterdam, where Huawei Cloud introduced the innovative "C.H.A.N.G.E" architecture, along with Large Enterprise, Finance, Media, Carrier, and E-Commerce&Retail industry solutions and a comprehensive lineup of products, including Cloud Native Infrastructure, Huawei Cloud Stack 8.3, Pangu models, GaussDB, Media Service and Data-AI convergence tools. Huawei Cloud emphasizes security, development, and sustainability in its cloud services for local customers, partners, and developers. This effort supports the Benelux and Ireland regions in pursuing the EU's Digital Decade vision, enhancing their global influence in the digital realm, and strengthening secure digital connections.

At the summit, Huawei Cloud celebrated the adherence of Sparkoo Technologies Ireland Co., Limited (under its cloud brand name "Huawei Cloud") to the EU Cloud Code of Conduct (CoC), demonstrating compliance with GDPR. Committed to comprehensive cybersecurity, data security, and privacy protection measures, Huawei Cloud has passed more than 140 international audits and certifications, including Spain's ENS, Germany's C5, and the PCI DSS for the financial industry. This positions Huawei Cloud as one of the most qualified cloud service providers in terms of security and privacy compliance, helping customers meet business compliance and cybersecurity requirements across various industries such as finance, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, and government services, thereby supporting a secure and transparent digital environment in the EU.

Over the past year, Huawei Cloud's sales in Benelux and Ireland have surged by over 280%, a testament to its commitment to industry expertise and continuous innovation. Stef Liang, General Manager of Huawei Cloud Benelux & Ireland, unveiled the "CHANGE" architecture, based on Huawei Cloud's insights from thousands of enterprises. Liang asserts that this architecture represents best practices for digital transformation, which is a complex systematic project requiring a systematic mindset and innovative architecture. This architecture provides better user experience, higher operational efficiency, and more business value for industries such as Large Enterprise, Finance, Media, Carrier, and E-Commerce&Retail.

At the summit, Huawei Cloud also announced the availability of Huawei Cloud Stack 8.3 in Benelux and Ireland, featuring over 110 locally deployed cloud services. Huawei Cloud Stack is a full-stack on-premises cloud that complies with data sovereignty and regulation requirements while sharing architecture with the public cloud with industry-leading unified O&M, upgrade, APIs, and ecosystem. This unified approach delivers both the security of private clouds and the optimal experience of public clouds.
