2.  Trademark Usage

All trademarks and logos displayed, mentioned or otherwise used in this website are property of Huawei or other third parties as stated if applicable.

Except on Huawei Cloud's official website, HUAWEI Logo and HUAWEI CLOUD trademarks shall not be used or combined together.

You may not display HUAWEI Marks in any manner that is misleading, unfair, defamatory, infringing, libellous, disparaging, obscene or otherwise objectionable as determined by us in our sole discretion. You are not permitted to use any of these trademarks or logos in any way without explicit prior written permission of Huawei or such third party as applicable. We reserve the right to take any and all actions including, without limitation, legal proceedings, against any use of the HUAWEI Marks that does not comply with the terms of the Agreements you entered into with us or these Trademark Guidelines.

3.  Acceptance of Terms

Huawei reserves the right to update these terms at any time without notice to you. With regard to any behaviour of violation against the provisions, Huawei shall have the right to seek legal and fair remedies.
