HUAWEI CLOUD Organizations Service Statement

Please read and make sure you understand this Service Statement before using the Organizations service.

1. Service Content

The Organizations service helps you govern multiple accounts within your organization. It enables you to consolidate multiple Huawei Cloud accounts into an organization and centrally manage these accounts. You can use Organizations to apply access policies to the accounts in your organization. This helps you better meet the service security and compliance requirements of your business. Organizations is a free service. You only need to pay for the cloud services or resources used in your accounts.

2. Privacy Protection

2.1 Information to Be Collected

To use Organizations properly, you must authorize the collection and use of the following information (including your personal information) for fulfilling core business functions:

(1) Authentication information, such as the user account (DomainId and DomainName) and IAM token. This information will be used for creating an organization, inviting accounts to join an organization, and completing identity authentication.

(2) Organization ID (OrganizationID) generated after you create or join an organization. The organization ID will be used for identifying the organization and fulfilling core business functions.

2.2 Information Protection

Huawei Cloud will use encryption or other measures to protect the collected information. For the purpose of providing services to you, Huawei Cloud will retain your personal information during your use of related services. If you no longer use Organizations (if you disable or exit Organizations, or deregister your Huawei Cloud account), or if you delete your personal data, then ninety (90) days later, Huawei Cloud will by default delete your information from Huawei servers.

Huawei Cloud shall not share, transfer, or disclose your information without your prior consent unless otherwise required by relevant laws and regulations.

The information above is stored in the mainland of China.

3. Representations and Warranties

3.1 Representations by Both Parties

You must ensure that your use of Organizations complies with all relevant laws and regulations. Huawei Cloud only provides standard services upon your request and is not responsible for the legal compliance of your use.

You understand that the preceding information is mandatory for providing services. If you do not provide or do not allow us to collect and use the information, Huawei Cloud shall not be able to provide the Organizations service.

3.2 Privacy Protection

In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, you may retain the rights to access, modify, delete, deny or limit access, or transfer your information. If you have any questions, contact us through the contact information provided in the Huawei Cloud Privacy Statement.
