ModelArts Service Statement

Please read and understand this Service Statement before using ModelArts.

ModelArts is a one-stop development platform for AI developers. With data preprocessing, semi-automated data labeling, distributed training, automated model building, and model deployment, ModelArts helps AI developers build models quickly and manage the AI development lifecycle.

To fulfill core business functions, you must authorize the collection and use of your personal information or sensitive personal information, including:

a）AK/SK: Your AK/SK is used to access data in your OBS buckets when you use ModelArts to perform data-related operations.

b）Username: Your username is a user asset attribute and is used to obtain the key value of your agency token.

c） IP address: Your IP address is used for audit log recording.

d）Information required for releasing content to the AI market: Nicknames and avatars are used for commodity display, and email addresses are used to send commodity change notifications.

You can delete the preceding information immediately upon stopping use of ModelArts and your IP address will be automatically deleted seven days later.

Your information is securely saved and protected. Protection includes, but is not limited to, data encryption.

HUAWEI CLOUD does not share, transfer, or disclose your information without your prior consent unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

According to applicable laws and regulations, you may have permissions to access, modify, delete, deny, or limit the above information. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact information provided in the HUAWEI CLOUD Privacy Statement.

Your data is stored in the country that you selected during resource subscription or in the region that has signed a third-party data transfer agreement (DTA) with Huawei. For example, if you have purchased resources in the AP-Singapore region, your data can be stored in Singapore and be backed up in Hong Kong SAR, China.

You must ensure that your use of ModelArts complies with laws and regulations. HUAWEI CLOUD only provides standard services upon your request and is not responsible for the legal compliance of your use.

You understand that the preceding information is mandatory for providing services. If you do not provide or do not allow us to collect and use the above information, HUAWEI CLOUD will not be able to provide the ModelArts service.
