By using the Object Storage Migration Service (OMS) (referred to as "the service" or "this service" herein), you fully understand and agree to the terms of this disclaimer. Otherwise, you shall stop using the service immediately.

1.Service Content

This service helps you easily and smoothly migrate data from object storage on another cloud to HUAWEI CLOUD.

2.Data Protection

2.1  Data collection

You understand and agree that, for completing the migration, we need to collect your personal data, including the source cloud access keys, CDN authentication keys, HUAWEI CLOUD access keys. The collected information is used only for migration.

If you do not provide such information or forbid us from collecting or using it, we will not be able to provide the service to you.

2.2  Data storage and transmission

The above information will be automatically deleted after your migration is complete but for synchronization tasks, the information will be automatically deleted only after you stop the relevant tasks manually. You can also ask us to delete the above information after this service is disabled at your request. We will not retain the above information any longer.

All the information above is stored in the region or country you have selected.

2.3  Data control

We will take reasonable efforts, including but not limited to encryption, to protect your data.

We will not share, transfer, or disclose your data without your prior consent unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations.

According to applicable laws and regulations, you retain the right to access, modify, delete, deny or limit access, or transfer the information above. To exercise your rights, please contact us by submitting a service ticket.

3.Representations and Warranties

You understand and agree that your use of this service is in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We only provide a standard migration service at your request and are not responsible for the legal compliance of your use.

4.Notification and Update

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time according to changes of our services and/or policies. If we update this Disclaimer, we will publish the latest version of it on our website, and it will take effect immediately upon its release. You are advised to review this Disclaimer periodically for any changes.
