HaydnCSF Service Statement

    You understand and agree that using Haydn Cloud Solution Factory (referred to as "HaydnCSF") means you fully understand and agree to the terms of this Statement. Otherwise, you shall stop using HaydnCSF immediately.

    You understand and agree that HaydnCSF collects and uses the data related to your services generated in HaydnCSF to provide service for you, including but not limited to the integration architectures, deployment architectures, test cases, test reports, verification process scripts, verification process problems, delivery implementation, project summary, and O&M service tickets and alarms. The data is used solely for the purpose of providing services, including but not limited to the UI display, intelligent architecture recommendation, and auxiliary design of architectures and test cases. We will analyze the preceding service data to summarize common practices and architecture templates to provide you with better solutions with intelligent recommendation and automatic generation architecture.

    We will collect your email address and mobile number to send HaydnCSF service notifications, including but not limited to HaydnCSF cloud service provisioning notifications, to-do notifications, change information, service tickets, and alarms. When you enter your email address and mobile number in HaydnCSF, you agree to authorize us to collect and use your email address and mobile number. You can exercise your rights as the data subject at any time to request us to delete your email address and mobile number. We will delete your email address and mobile number immediately after receiving your deletion request. You also have the right to choose not to provide or agree to our collection of your email address and mobile number. You can also delete your email address and mobile number at any time after the first provision. We will delete your email address and mobile number after you delete them and will not send any notifications or messages to you.

    You understand and agree that the services provided by HaydnCSF cannot be flawless, and we do not assume any responsibility for service defects. However, we will improve the service quality continuously. You understand and agree that if some or all free HaydnCSF functions encounter service unavailability, errors, or vulnerabilities, we are not liable for your work or results of using free functions. Cloud Service Level Agreement (SLA) is not applicable to HaydnCSF. You agree that any dispute arising from related services will be resolved through friendly negotiation between both parties.
