Notification of Adjusted Huawei Cloud Grace Period and Retention Period Rules on December 1, 2022 (GMT+08:00)

Dear customer,
In accordance with the Huawei Cloud Customer Agreement, Huawei Cloud will adjust the grace period and retention period rules on December 1, 2022 (GMT+08:00). The new rules are as follows:
• Grace period: When your expenditure quota reaches or exceeds 100%, your account will enter a 15-day grace period. During this period, you cannot access some pay-per-use resources, and new services cannot be provisioned.
• Retention period: After the grace period ends, if your expenditure quota reaches or exceeds 100%, your account enters a 15-day retention period. During this period, reserved instances (RIs) you have purchased will be automatically unsubscribed from and all pay-per-use resources will be frozen. In addition, you cannot access any Huawei Cloud services, but your data stored will be retained. After the retention period ends, all frozen pay-per-use resources in your account will be automatically released and data stored will be deleted.
