By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you confirm that you agree with this disclaimer in its entirety. Specifically, you understand that Web Application Firewall (WAF) provided on HUAWEI CLOUD to mitigate the invasion risk of websites, and that the choice to enable or disable WAF is completely your own decision.
- You confirm that the information that you provide for WAF is authenticate, accurate, legal, and valid. If your submitted information violates the preceding commitments, you shall be liable for all responsibilities and consequences resulting therefrom include protection failure and third-party disputes.
- You should ensure that you have informed web visitors, to assist you with the firewall, information that HUAWEI CLOUD may collect and obtain their consent if consent is required.
- If you use WAF, you agree that you authorize WAF to protect your websites for web threat detection or block. For details about WAF, see the Web Application Firewall User Guide.
- HUAWEI CLOUD respects and protects your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Policy Statement published on the HUAWEI CLOUD official website. By using this product, you understand and agree that, HUAWEI CLOUD will record and analyze your behavior data (including request time and HTTP return code and etc) to better respond to help requests and improve our services.
- HUAWEI CLOUD is responsible for interpreting this disclaimer and has the right to update it whenever necessary. The updated disclaimer will be published together with the service on the HUAWEI CLOUD website and takes effect immediately upon publishing.
